Dog lovers are bound to fall in love with this good boy. This very cute antique Essex Crystal brooch dates from the Victorian period, circa 1880. The subject has been reverse carved into a rock crystal dome, and hand painted with a cute little black pug. It's lovely little facial features are depicted perfectly, with each fur stroke, "wrinkle" and eyes painted with shadows and highlights. Mounted on a 9k yellow gold brooch fitting.
