Antique Victorian bangle featuring beautiful garnets, each faceted and claw set into silver tone metal.

Garnets were used extensively in all different designs of Victorian / Edwardian jewellery, bracelets, rings, brooches and elaborate necklaces, they represent the birthstone of January.

MEASUREMENTS

The bracelet measures 5.5cm / 2.1" by 5.2cm / 2". The bangle is 0.3cm / 0.1" in width. The bangle opens 4.cm / 1.7" to slide over the wrist.

MEASURING YOUR WRIST

Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your MAYVEDA bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1.5 cm. You can then add or subtract centimetres according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.
